These positions are dependent upon the instructional needs of the department and may be full- or part-time. A list of the courses that may be available is included below. Other courses may also be available depending on instructional needs, and lecturers can also be offered the opportunity to lead undergraduate student research projects (ECS 190/192/199 units) and develop newer seminars/courses with broad appeal in areas that influence computer science and engineering education. QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have at least a Master's degree, and preferably a Ph.D., in CS or a closely related field. Previous teaching experience and evidence of teaching excellence or potential for excellence is preferred. SALARY: Salary and appointment level commensurate with experience and percentage of appointment. The positions are covered by a collective bargaining agreement (Unit 18).
