The Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Program in the Computer, Electrical, and Mathematical Sciences and Engineering (CEMSE) Division at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) invites applications for faculty positions at all ranks (Assistant, Associate, and Full Professors), with preference for candidates at the Assistant Professor level. Candidates applying for a position of Assistant Professor should have an excellent potential for high impact research. Candidates applying for Associate and Full Professor positions should have a distinguished track record in research and a strong commitment to service and teaching at the graduate level.
We seek candidates in all fields pertaining to electrical engineering. Of particular interest are applicants in the areas of (i) AI and machine learning platforms and their applications, (ii) Robotics, mechatronics and autonomous systems, (iii) Electronics and devices, (iv) Biomedical engineering and healthcare technologies, (v) Power systems and smart grid, (vi) Computing, sensing and communication systems.
