Teach 9 hours (75% of appointment) and research (25% of appointment) each Fall and Spring semester, in the discipline of Electronics Technology (ETEE), with service activities required for promotion, merit pay increases and tenure. Ability to teach traditional and online courses is expected.

An earned doctorate in Electronics Engineering/Technology, Electrical Engineering/Technology, Engineering Technology with Electrical and/or Electonics Concentrations, Computer Engineering/Technology, Mechatronics. Closely related fields will be considered.

Teaching experience is not required. Applicant must have a strong commitment to undergraduate education and interdisciplinary collaboration. Excellent communication skills and administrative leadership are required.

The successful applicant will contribute to our growing undergraduate research program. Applicant is expected to take a leadership role in improving Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology and Electronics & Computer Engineering Technology curriculum, including improving laboratory and teaching resources, applications of potential academic accreditation and certification programs (i.e. ABET,ATMAE).
