Design and fabrication of nano-electronic multifunction systems MICAS Division of the Department of Electrical Engineering (ESAT) conducts research on microelectronic circuits and sensors. This includes both circuit design and research on MEMS. The department has previously developed an adequate research infrastructure, including the new Corelab Group Science & Technology.
