Qualifications

- MSc or PhD in Computer Science and Information Engineering
- Research experiences in video compression coding, computer vision, image processing or analysis of vital sensor signals (detailed requirement is as follows):
+ Video compression coding: Application technology of H.265/HEVC, and proposal of next generation video coding scheme
- Good written and oral skills are required in either Japanese or English.
