Computer science with a focus on IT infrastructure

 

Wanted a personality who is looking forward to bring professional competence and experience in the education of students. The successful candidate / The successful candidate will represent the Chair in teaching and applied research. As part of the Chair of computer science are in teaching particular bachelor's degree in the fields of computer structures, communications and data networks, systems, systems administration and IT service management distributed to represent. The successful candidate / The jobholder is responsible in this case, the line of the existing IT infrastructure laboratories. In addition, it is expected that courses from the basic range of courses offered at the Faculty are taken (eg. B. Introduction to programming or database systems). As strong research focus, we support you in your work in applied research. Furthermore, the willingness to actively participate in the self-administration of the university expects.

 

Exchange related requirements include a university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or in engineering, the necessary skills to carry out intensive work independently and scientifically (ideally by an above-average doctorate in the field of to be transferred subject area demonstrate) and subject-specific and application-oriented professional experience, consisting of responsible activities in building and operating result of complex IT infrastructures. It is especially desirable if the / the jobholder / -in also solid professional experience in IT project management features is.
