[Explanation of institution] The Information Technology & International Studies Major of the School of World Englishes is seeking applicants who can teach her/his specialty and the English language mainly to undergraduate students. [Application method] 1. Curriculum vitae with a recent photo, the contact phone number and the email address 2. List of publications 3. Originals or copies of five major publications. For each publication, please attach an A4 half-page abstract either in English (for a Japanese paper) or in Japanese (for a English paper). 4. A letter of reference (which should include her/his institution, the phone number and the email address) or two names of referees with information on affiliation, status, and contact details (phone number and email address).
[Selection process] After a review of the submitted documents, shortlisted applicants shall attend the first interviews scheduled on Saturday October 1 which could be combined with a short demonstration class. After the selection by the faculty meeting, a couple of the finalists shall have the second interview with Chancellor, President and others.
