Job Description:
The Christian Doppler Laboratory on Semantic Computer Vision at Graz University of Technology is a special national research grant in cooperation with Qualcomm Technologies Inc., dedicated to the field of autonomous driving and related problems, seeking for novel solutions that can be applied likewise to questions arising in Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and Robotics. A special focus of the project is on the use of modern Machine learning techniques, applied to dedicated problems arising in the mentioned application fields. The positions announced are part of a 7 year project starting Jan. 2016, to be renewed after 2 years and 5 years (total of 7 years until end of 2022).
Candidate Profiles:
The Candidates should have a background in either Machine Learning , Computer Vision or Augmented Reality. Dedicated skills required include the knowledge about Matlab and C/C++, as wen as problem solving capabilities and creativity. English fluent in spoken and written is mandatory.
