The Role and Your Responsibilities
As Senior Educator, you will be mainly responsible for the co-ordination of the design, development, delivery and evaluation of innovative, customised, high quality vocational education and training. The role will also involve coordination of staff resources and student administration of the program/s in the electrical, refrigeration and electrical instrumentation trades area. You will be required to interact with industry, other areas within RMIT and in particular, interact with other teaching and administration staff – while leading teaching delivery, training and assessment. You will also participate in relevant activities to ensure that staff maintain vocational competence.
