Job Title: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor (Full Time, Yearly Contract) College: Computer Science College Role and Responsibilities • Teach undergraduate students in the College of Computer and Information Sciences using both traditional and non-traditional instructional delivery methods. • Collaborate with other faculty members to improve teaching strategies, oversee the curriculum, assessment, and program review. • Identify and implement pedagogical practices that increase the student's learning efficiency. • Conduct research that will be published in scientific journals in topics relating to Computer and Information Sciences. Qualifications and Education Requirements • Must hold a PHD degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline. • Degree must be obtained from a full-time accredited program (Not part-time or distant learning) • Grade point average should be at the top quartile of the criteria used in the program or institution. • Must demonstrate teaching excellence through experience (at least one year after PHD degree) • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills. Preferred Skills and Qualifications • Experience in the ABET accreditation processes. • PHD degree obtained from highly ranked universities according to the QS, Times and/or Shanghai university ranking systems.
