Bioinformatics Postdoctoral Fellow at Shanghai Jiao Tong University 2013-11-06 13:54 The Bio-X Institutes of Shanghai Jiao Tong University is looking for three well-trained, talented and creative computational biologists to lead the analysis of multidimensional next-generation sequencing data and microarray data(genomics, transcriptomics, and epigenomics). This is a large, well-funded integrative omics project that has just gotten started. The project will involve integrative bioinformatic analysis and development of new statistical and algorithmic approaches. Candidates should have a PhD in a quantitative discipline, programming experience, a strong publication record and experience in one or more of the following areas: human genomics, genome-scale analysis, transcriptomics, next-generation sequence analysis and regulatory genomics. Experience in interdisciplinary collaborations is a plus.
