The STUOD project aims to deliver new capabilities for assessing variability and uncertainty in upper ocean dynamics. Duties and responsibilities
You will take the lead on developing numerical experiments to test new theories related to the STOUD project. In addition, you will be involved in the theoretical development of variational models of ocean dynamics and rough paths. The position is full time and fixed term for 24 months. You will be based at South Kensington Campus. The expected start date is 1st October 2023. Please note that the maximum salary on appointment is £43,093 per annum. * Candidates who have not yet been officially awarded their PhD will be appointed as Research Assistant within the salary range £38,194 - £41,388 per annum.
