Tenure-track and PoP positions in Computer Engineering

The Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science at Lehigh University invites applications for one tenure track position and one professor of practice position in the general areas of computer engineering. The areas of interest include, but are not limited to: embedded and real time systems, energy-efficient architectures, cyber-physical systems, machine learning accelerators, hardware security, accelerators for bioinformatics, and edge computing.

Applicants to the tenure track position should have an earned Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.  A successful candidate will be expected to teach courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels and to build and lead a team of graduate students in Ph.D. research. Applicants to the professor of practice position must hold a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. Successful applicants will not only support teaching needs in the Computer Engineering Program but also have a partial assignment to the interdisciplinary capstone design program in order to facilitate connections between the ECE Department and the capstone program.
