The successful candidate will conduct transformational research aligned with one or more of the following Canadian strategic priority areas: Advanced digital technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Technologies, Cybersecurity) Environment, Climate Resilience, and the Arctic The nominee's research must clearly align with one or more of these strategic priority areas. The appointment is expected to begin on 1 July 2027. Eligibility Emerging Leaders Awards are intended for exceptional early career researchers.
