Job Summary The School of Applied and Creative Computing at Purdue University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor or Associate Professor position in Creative Computing and AI at the West Lafayette, Indiana campus starting in August 2026. We seek researchers and educators whose work integrates AI with digital artifacts and interactive experiences. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to: AI in the context of co-creative systems, human-computer interaction, generative and multimodal media, visualization, gaming, and embodied and immersive experiences. About the School Situated within Purdue University, a pioneering land-grant institution, the School of Applied and Creative Computing is a new school forged from the strategic merger of two long-standing computing departments, Computer Graphics and Computer Information Technology, and is one of three keystones of the Purdue Computes initiative.
