Closing DateMonday 05 January 2026 Position OverviewWe are looking for a researcher, whose expertise lies in Algebraic Geometry, to work with Dr Hamid Abban on a Royal Society funded project entitled “K-moduli of Fano hypersurfaces.” The central aim of the project is to study K-stability aspects of Fano hypersurfaces and examine their moduli properties. However, research in other related directions such as K-stability or K-moduli of other Fano varieties, K-stability of polarised varieties, etc. is likely to be investigated.
