Pay Range Job DescriptionWe have an opening for an Embedded Systems and Digital Design Engineer to support the Flight Test Group. The Flight Test Group is a fast-paced, cross-disciplinary team that specializes in rapid development of reliable in-field deployable assets including autonomous rafts, UAS, and camera systems. You will be well-rounded with a broad range of knowledge and engineering experience but also have specific experience with embedded systems and digital design, validation, and deployment. You will be responsible for the entire life cycle of the product, from design to deployment in order to ensure mission success. This position is in the Defense Technologies Engineering Division (DTED), within the Engineering Directorate. DTED provides support to the Weapons and Complex Integration (WCI) Programs. This position will be filled at either level based on knowledge and related experience as assessed by the hiring team. Security Clearance This position requires a Department of Energy (DOE) Q-level clearance.
