ICT services are a service unit of the University of Oulu that produces and develops IT services for both university and university of applied sciences for staff and students. Work tasks Work activities include the University of Oulu and Oulu University of Applied Sciences Data Modeling Data downloads between different layers of the database Refining data for integration and reporting needs Planning and implementation of BI reporting The introduction of new technologies and services is part of our organization’s ongoing operations, providing an excellent opportunity for learning. You can be a Data Engineer or a SQL-tenating Business Analyst. Salary of the task The mission is valid for an indefinite period from 15 September 2025 (or by agreement). The position is set at the complexity level of the other expert and support staff of the university's salary system. In addition, a salary component based on personal performance, which is no more than 50% of the part of the task-specific salary component, is paid. Salary in similar positions is typically 4100-4400 EUR/month. A probationary period of 6 months applies to the mission. How to apply? Information Systems Specialist

ICT services are a service unit of the University of Oulu that produces and develops IT services for both university and university of applied sciences for staff and students.

Work tasks

Work activities include the University of Oulu and Oulu University of Applied Sciences

Data Modeling
Data downloads between different layers of the database
Refining data for integration and reporting needs
Planning and implementation of BI reporting
